Head of GTM Story (Strategic Product Marketing)

Pittsburgh or Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill
full-time

About the role

Who We Are

Every company has a story – but are they telling it in the best way that drives revenue? With Troupe, our customers measure and act on messaging insights across all content, calls, and emails. We use AI to analyze how well your messaging aligns, how it performs against your revenue and business goals, and how to improve outcomes. Our platform provides the data needed to align Marketing, Revenue Teams, Customer Success, and Product teams around a story everyone can be confident about.

Founded in 2024 and with our product launched in early 2025, Troupe is committed to helping organizations communicate more effectively and drive better results through data vs. opinion. We are SOC2 Type 2 certified, ensuring data is secure and protected.

The Future We’re Building

Your Impact:

  • Imagine if you had to do your job with no data, no tool, no visibility into performance, and no support. This is what marketing teams and their GTM stakeholders experience daily when it comes to quantifying the execution of their intended go-to-market story and messaging. They have to operate in the blind. Nowhere else in the modern organization is this the case, yet it sits at the center of any company’s go-to-market motion. And in most cases, it’s the difference between winning and losing. It’s time to change this, so let’s fix it together.
  • Our Vision: To empower every organization and its people with the ability to confidently say the right thing and to prove its influence on revenue. Today, it means we’re building the first-ever AI go-to-market story tool. Tomorrow, it means we’re building the first-ever AI go-to-market intelligence layer.

  • You will report to the CEO, and be a strong collaborator with our Head of Product and our sales efforts.
  • This role will be different from our future hiring of a marketing leader. Troupe is placing priority on this hiring decision given our lifecycle stage.
  • Troupe is co-located in Raleigh, NC and Pittsburgh, PA – but we are open to a remote team member with the right qualifications and with willingness for the occasional travel to one of our offices.
